    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Description
    • Administer the company's social media marketing and advertising.
    • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
    • Content management
    • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
    • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
    • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
    • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
    • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
    Key responsibilities will include:

    Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.

    • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
    • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side.
    • Displays in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
    • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
    • Excellent PPT skills for use in planning and regular reporting of performance. Identifying TG, Competition, Objectives and Building Promotion Strategy & executing social media campaigns.
    • Experience in Social Media Reputation Management., use of at least 2 social media tools.
    • Experience in Social Advertising over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc.
    • Writing: Social media managers will need to know how to write effective copy in a lot of different styles, from static to motion video content. Knowledge of writing for curiosity and click-baits is also needed. Experience with video production is a bonus.
    • Research: Social media managers need to know what is happening in the fast-changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing and what new measurement tools are being used.
    • Problem Solving: Social media managers figure out how to best communicate a company's message on different platforms, and sometimes might need to convey sensitive issues or deal with disgruntled users.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Even through writing, social media managers are a direct connection between a company and the public. Besides that, a good team dynamics will be needed to manage and mentor your team.
    • Technical Skills: Social media managers work almost exclusively through admin interfaces and social tools. Understanding of these tools, SEO, internet access and being tech-oriented is necessary.
    • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
    • Coordinate with designers for creative development
    • Implement a content editorial calendar
